yes, it’s very clearly set out in the terms. conny represents their own financial interests, not yours. use your own lawyer to decrease your rent, or the mietverein

We KNOW.
This is the like the 5th post I’ve seen on the subject here and it is CLEARLY explained on the Conny page BEFORE you agree (and it was even validated by a court that the notification is legal).
Sorry, but anyone who was surprised by this needs to read things better before they agree to them online.
for me they didnt do that. they helped me real good and i paid them 3 times the months savings back in 2022.
