Russia is inside the European continent (that has an arbitrary definition), but that means nothing about who must accept inside the cultural, political, and economic system of the EU. Before starting to think about it, Russian leaders must be put in court, Ukraine must regain all their territories, and Russia must pay reparations to Ukraine. And after, it comes all the democratic issues. No, Russia will never be part of our union because it is just a mafia state, and it will be for a lot of time.
