petulla pambuk/cotton pancakes. just regular pancakes but more fluffy on the inside. generally they are served with honey or cheese.

These look like ”petulla me sode buke” which you can search on youtube. And the thing on top is melted chocolate, no? You know what that is lol, since you tasted it. Anyway haven’t seen anyone serve petulla with melted chocolate like this… but then again you were in the south and the south with the north is very, very, very different so anything can happen.
