      There is more than one sign, actually.

      OK, let’s assume you mean the one on top: This is “Ende der Halteverbotszone”

      I think that it means it is forbidden to park to the right of this sign, and to the left it is allowed to park with a ticket that you have to buy for 30minutes, if you park between the specified times. Otherwise it should be free. Residents with a specific identification document can park freely anytime.

      Sign Order:
      1. You’re not allowed to park to your right
      2. If you park to your left, you have to use a “Parkscheibe” and are only allowed to park there for 30 minutes
      3. The 30 minutes rule only applies during these hours
      4. Residence with a special permit can park there longer regardless of the time

      From top to bottom

      * no parking zone ends
      * parking zone begins
      * max parking duration 30mins and parking disc required
      * but only for the times stated (outside of this time frame, you may park longer)
      * residents with parking permit No 2 are exempt (from the duration limit)

      You read it top to bottom.

      1) the area where you may not even stop ends with this sign.

      2) from this point, you are allowed to park

      3) you have to use the indicator disk, and you can park for only 30 minutes

      4) this goes on the days and times mentioned; outside those times you can just park

      5) people who actually live there and got a personal permit can park without restrictions.

      The other commenters should take driving classes again.

      The top sign means that a stopping prohibition has ended.

      The parking sign means, you can park, with a parking sign, for a maximum of 30 minutes.

      The time frame says you only need a parking sign from mo-fr 9-19 and sat 9-13

      the bottom one means that if you live there and have the document for it you just need that, no parking sign, and can park indefinitely.

      left: park for up to half an hour in the given time frame. its free of charge, just set your parking clock to the arrival time.

      **Top to bottom (correct me if I am wrong):**

      End of no parking zone (right side of the road)

      30 minute parking only

      **parking permitted throughout the day:**
      Monday to Friday:- 9am to 7pm
      Friday: 9am to 1pm

      Resident with parking permit no2 allowed to park 24/7 no problem
