No idea but they haven’t been able to fix that road for multiple years now. Use the Petrohan pass instead if you can.
Not before late this year. Current predicted time is June but nor sure they will open then. And this is with single line only.
Probably next year maybe fully operational with 2 lines per direction
Some time this century. Hopefully.
Its already okay to drive, even tho its not 100% finished. Just be careful and you should be good.
