Just replace them with immigrants willing to do the job for cheaper and willing to live 4 in a room for the next 20 years , because sending €1000 home to their families is the equivalent to saving €4000 here and will set them up for a nice retirement at home. Dont worry about any future social problems this might cause , that not for us to worry about that’s someone else problem
