Also half Greek, I was considering this before I purchased in Larnaka but what stopped me was the fact that it’s occupied land and I don’t know how that would play out if anything went wrong in the future
If you really do want property up there, I’d recommend a house on the ground with Land attached to it, if something goes wrong with an owner of those buildings (legal issues) you might be fucked but I’m not sure
I’d just play it safe, theres similar prices in Larnaka and Nicosia area

Seriously ? You are willing to risk buying stolen land ? You are below people who buy confiscated by the bank properties
If you interested to buy property in the north make sure you purchase it for the actual owner of the place. If it’s an an apartment complex, most likely the don’t legally own the land.
So you either find a Turkish Cypriot who owned it before 1974. If you’re interested in Greek Cypriot property read this first.
