      Brussels already said Canada cannot join because it’s “not in Europe.” Go after Norway and the UK, which are.

      That’s not happening boys, pack it up. But the EU already has like 50 unique relationship treaties so there is for sure room for at least something here.

      (though this is understandable considering what’s going on in Turkey)

      All the countries in light blue would be in the EU now if not for the EU trying to take everyone’s fish under the CFP.

      In order for this to even be remotely possible we need to make sure we get Mark Carney in and ideally in majority territory.

      i would really love canada to join us in the EU, apart from the fact that this is really unlikely to happen – do you think most canadians would be in favor of it? I mean right now canadian independence was challenged, my guess would be that this does not lead to join somebody else and also kinda give at least some of the independence away, but maybe im wrong?

      it can be some additional agreement between EU and Canada, not necessarily joining the EU exactly if it’s against the terms of EU

      Who cares if Canada is Europe. Rename it to whatever you want but said alliance is critical to stopping the Putin/Trump dating team..

      So Greenland is legally part of Denmark. Denmark is in the EU.
