So unless there’s something off about your Aufenhaltsstatus, like it says you have a working visa or something, the receptionist is probably just misunderstanding something. On the off chance that they think taking a Berufssprachkurs means you already have a job, read them this line from the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge website,“In den Integrationskursen lernen Zugewanderte die deutsche Alltagssprache. In den Berufssprachkursen werden arbeitssuchende oder beschäftigte Migranten und Flüchtlinge mit berufsbezogenen Deutschkenntnissen kontinuierlich auf den Arbeitsmarkt vorbereitet.”
On the bottom left it says “Art der Beschäftigung: Keine Beschäftigung” which means “type of employment: no employment”. As far as i can see there is nothing else that would indicate that she is currently employed.
I mean it’s a Paper that you must give it to the School ( where u do ur b2 course) with this paper the course is free. It’s like coupon for u to give it to the school
