So che tutti noi amiamo evidenziare tutto ciò che è legato alla crisi abitativa (con buone ragioni), quindi era curioso della tua opinione su questo. Ero ficcanaso per un centro commerciale combinato e l’acquisto di appartamenti avvenuti l’anno scorso, quindi volevo vedere cosa andavano gli appartamenti. Sembra che siano tutti elencati per abbastanza bassi, ad eccezione di un appartamento che deve essere un attico di 10 camere (non lo è). È una specie di soluzione alternativa del tasso di insole per l’acquisto del gruppo?

Good on you for digging into the details of stuff like this – it’s often the only way anyone ever spots anything nefarious if it occurs. And I think you’re right to go with the desire to share it because that helps even more again.
So.
I’m not sure what is going on here but I think you’re right that something is not correct?
I suppose the first port of call here is to establish the details of Apartment 63.
Secondly – The sum of all the other apartments excluding 63 is roughly the same as the value for 63. So at a glance there it looks like some kind of accounting / reporting error? (but it’s clearly labelled as an apartment, so is that a clever mistake I guess you’d need to establish too)
