Cork is the basement of Lumon of Ireland.

Looks like the movie is called “Hokum” directed by Damian McCarthy and also starring Peter Coonan

Rob Lowe isn’t the only one who does this.
Jamie Foxx has a quiz show that is made entirely in Ireland as well. They fly Foxx , the producers and director over as well as enough americans to fill out the front row of the audience. Shoot and edit the entire series here and everyone flies back with a drive under their arm.
It used to pay incredibly well for the Irish crews on these shows but gradually the pay has come down as the Americans realise what they can get away with paying

I have loved Adam since before Parks and Rec. So, now I have to hang around Cork during weekends, figure out where *he* hangs out, make sure I am in the same room as him…and then just ignore him because I don’t believe in actually talking to celebrities when they are not working. I just want to see the man and nod at his general direction.

>**HAVE YOU BEEN TO DUBLIN? IT’S GREAT, IT’S SO FANTASTIC, IT’S BEAUTIFUL!!! OMG**
I live in Dublin. Have they really been to Dublin besides spending the night on a 5* room in front of Merrion Square?
Ireland has amazing landscapes and towns around the island, can’t agree more to that, but Dublin? Every time I put my feet into any random town or place in Ireland, I remember how ugly and grey Dublin’s city centre is compared to that. Almost every random town (tiny or not) looks gorgeus compared to Dublin’s city centre, where every other street looks abandoned/derelict, with empty cans and trash everywhere.
Don’t get me wrong, I am a pretty positive person and I like living in Dublin’s suburbs, I like the people I know, friends, the “its grand” Irishness that invades everything -it will be allright, don’t worry too much- but visiting the city centre is like seeing a missed opportunity. It could be gorgeous, yet our gov lets it be in an awful state. I pretty much agree with this take:
