Keeping your real teeth seems to be treated as a luxury in Ireland. In a few years we’ll all either be gummy by age 20 or have em all ripped out and implants in instead.

I feel this might be to do with the standard of dental treatment people 45-55 received when they were young.
Lads, it was brutal. Blood and pain doesn’t describe it.
Put me off going to the dentist for a long time.
