The US Black Sea deal with Russia was based on lifting some sanctions first, these included connecting a Russian bank back onto the SWIFT system and agreeing lower ship insurance to allow Russia to export agricultural produce (mostly stolen from Ukraine) and fertiliser.

The US didn’t find it necessary to agree this sanction relief with the Europeans first which is kind of strange what with SWIFT being based in Belgium and some of the worlds biggest ship insurance companies based in The Netherlands and London.

It appears the Donald will need to go back to the drawing board to try and get some sort of deal, pretty weird you call the Europeans freeloaders and pathetic and they tell you fuck off rather than agree with your biggly plan to end the war on terns very favourable to Russia who would have guessed.
