“Four of the five parties elected to Greenland’s parliament agreed to form a new government on Thursday, banding together amid U.S. President Donald Trump’s effort to annex the island, local media reported.
The agreement was reached ahead of Vice President JD Vance’s arrival on the Arctic island on Friday.

There is something wild about a political official making an announced visit to walk around the country or territory that they have openly expressed a willingness to invade.
Chillax Newsweek. Yes, Greenland was without a government, but that was following the recent election. Totally normal procedure for it to take a few weeks to agree on policies and form a government. Also, there was never any chance of a government not being formed, the only question was how broad a coalition it would be.

Multi party governments in Denmark (and Greenland) usually signs an “understanding commitment document” that binds the parties to a mutual understanding of what the government wants.
So what is the 4 parties agreeing to since the article apparently asked Vance and he does not give a shit?
