I was expecting QP not to win, but Vardanik being the second is terrible.
The second place, Vardan Ghukasyan is the worst of the worst, he is a very very pro-Russian and corrupt mafios, criminal, who was the Gyumri mayor for 13 years, during Kocharyan and Serj. Gyumri was terrible under him.
Just a few days ago, he was saying during the meeting “A guy who is raised with slaps is a better guy than those who garduate universities”, “we have to be qith Russia, with Russian flag, …”, and many worse things.
It seems like he will most probably make a coalition with other opposition groups, and become the mayor.
Gyumretsis elected him, whatever comes next is on them.

Looks like trouble for QP. I seriously wonder if the others will form a coalition with Vardan. Would be disappointing
I love how the “communist” Ghukasyan is for free economic trade zones, and less taxes.
He’s basically a pro-Russian walking powerpoint.
