Confined spaces and explosives do not mix well for anyone in a ***far*** larger radius than in an open area.

Shrapnel damage might not increase much -especially with meat shields protecting those further back- but the concussive and thermal damage is confined and focused.

Not to mention tunnel collapse likelihood.

***EDIT:*** I only hope that Ukrainian forces are aware of/can find every one of these underground points.

While it is freaking *awesome* when they do (and thus can inflict huge losses on the enemy)… I seriously worry if they miss even a *single* one, and suddenly have to worry about being flanked/grinder meat behind them.
