I’m not sure how financially worthwhile the whole project is, and can’t be bothered to calculate it, but the fact is that this is geared towards property developers.

This is at Place Antoine Krier. It is indeed right next to the train station but is the square footage still worth 3M? I thought the place would be at least twice the size for that price.
