Ciao a tutti, ho ordinato più cose da Aliexpress negli ultimi mesi. Questa volta ho un pacchetto bloccato nel loro magazzino per poco più di 1 settimana.
Li ho chiamati un paio di volte e mi hanno informato delle interruzioni e dei potenziali ritardi per i pacchetti EU esterni.
La cosa strana è che ho ottenuto un’altra spedizione che non è stata consolidata con quella più grande ma sono arrivati insieme in Finlandia. Quello più piccolo è stato rilasciato normalmente ma questo che puoi vedere è bloccato
Puoi vedere nella foto che dice che devo dichiararlo perché non ci sono informazioni. Ma quando provo a farlo tramite Tulli/Customs dice che non esiste un numero di destinatario.
Finora il servizio clienti di Posti sta dicendo solo aspettarlo. Ma sento che manca qualcosa qui e altrimenti non verrà rilasciato ho provato a contattare anche AliexPress
Se qualcuno ha sperimentato qualcosa di simile ed è stato in grado di risolverlo per favore fatemelo sapere

Not an expert but I think it got released already. Otherwise it would be held at the airport which is the customs post. It got through to Posti’s main sorting facility in Vantaa, where it might be delayed or even lost.
I had this happen. Apparently it’s due to incorrect paperwork from aliexpress. If the tracking number has SP in front then you won’t be able to clear it yourself since it needs to be done by the seller.
I just chatted with posti to get a written confirmation that it is the sellers fault and I submitted it to aliexpress to get a refund. You won’t be able to get this package.
