Qualcuno ha qualche informazione al riguardo, ho un account Sparkasse e mi viene addebitato 30 € euro al mese, è assurdo che ho chiesto prima e mi hanno detto che è perché il mio stato di residenza, è normale che è così fastidioso vederlo, il processo di cambiare le banche?

Switching banks is easy. But you should also review the document they refer to (“siehe Anlage”) to find out what they are actually charging you for.
I can also suggest that reading price lists before entering a contract is actually useful.
