Ho soggiornato in un hotel chiamato Ruby Louise a Francoforte e ho subito una grande domanda: perché non decorano/dipingono il soffitto della stanza? (Simile a quello nell’immagine sopra)
Non ho un background di architettura, ma personalmente sembra male. Sento che il soffitto da solo distrugga l’estetica di tutta la stanza. Quindi penso che ci debba essere una ragione dietro di esso, perché l’hotel è 4 stelle, devono sapere cosa stanno facendo. E secondo il mio GF, tutti gli hotel da 4-5 stelle che ha visto hanno lo stesso design del soffitto.
Se qualcuno sa perché lo fanno, apprezzerei davvero la tua spiegazione.

Design concept? Lack of money?
The ceiling of a hotel room is not part of the criteria when it comes to star ratings.
Bare concrete was the modern design thing about 15 years ago
Its a Design Concept kinda like Bauhaus
They tried their hand at modern interior design and failed.. A ceiling like that doesn’t have to be a bad look, but it clashes with the rest of the room, and the size. But looking at that hideous thing over the bed headrest, or the exposed shower (and toilet!) in a double room, it’s hardly surprising.
