If the NATO Supreme Commander is no longer American, that means the US has effectively left NATO.
When NATO is attacked, all militaries fall under the Supreme Allied Commander. Except, it’s illegal for the US military to be under foreign command. That’s part of why it has *always* been an American.
Trump is going to use this loophole.
Blah blah blah. The usual.
Either way, NATO doesn’t have that long left.
