Ciao a tutti! Ho una domanda in cui vorrei una guida. Mi sto trasferendo dai Paesi Bassi alla Germania per il mio nuovo lavoro in Germania e tengo la carta blu UE fornita dai Paesi Bassi. Pertanto, capisco che posso arrivare in Germania e richiedere la carta blu europea dopo essere arrivato lì. La pagina ufficiale è questa:

Dice:
"Gli individui che hanno tenuto una carta blu dell’UE in un altro stato membro dell’UE per almeno 12 mesi possono entrare in Germania senza richiedere un visto. Devono richiedere una carta blu europea in Germania presso l’autorità per l’immigrazione che è responsabile del luogo in cui vivono entro un mese dall’ingresso nel paese."
Qualcuno ha effettivamente attraversato questo processo? Come va il processo generale? Sarebbe bello ascoltare le tue esperienze in questo processo. Questa è la prima volta che mi trasferisco da un paese dell’UE a un altro paese dell’UE senza aver bisogno di un visto a causa della carta blu e quindi sto cercando una guida. You have to apply for the visa in NL, except it is eu-PR. If it is EU-PR I still suggest to apply for the working permit from NL because most of immigration officee are overload.
I did this, but came from Poland a few years ago. You can come to Germany and apply for a local blue card, but you won’t be able to work until you get a positive decision on your case. For me it wasn’t so bad, took a bit more than a month, but I’ve heard different much uglier stories so it depends.
It might be that your German employer would need to apply for you for a German work permit. The fact that you had that for NL it does not made automatically eligible to work elsewhere in EU.
Applying in Germany is a terrible idea in most areas of the country. You are not allowed to work until you receive your German Blue Card and depending on the location it can take months.
You have move to Germany and apply for your Blue Card at your local Ausländeramt. You can’t work until Germany gives you another Blue Card, but generally it takes around a month for the decision to be made, though this depends on where. The Ausländeramt will give you a “Bescheinigung über Fiktionswirkung” which is basically a certificate saying you can stay in Germany for an extended period of time until a decision has been made on your application which you’ll have to carry around with you along with your passport/ID.
