Cosa dovrei fare?

Contact the local Mieterverein. The fee is small and they can inform you about your rights and will help.
Question: Does your mother air out the house regularly? That means each day more than one time?
>the landlord doesn’t seem to care. My mom never reported this
nah that’s not how this works. if your mom never reported this she will be liable for that damage. and that can be very very pricy. how should the landlord know about these damages if he was never informed?
>So I came to germany to learn german, have my house etc…
you want to have a house? you know that the majority of germans doesn’t own a house, yes? you want to come here and get a house? that can take a few decades…
>But I need residence permanance which the landlord doesn’t give
the landlord does not know you. he never approved that you live there and maybe the apartment can legally only have 1-2 residents because it’s too small. he couldn’t even give you this then because it would violate the law.
>The house is very small, and I need to sleep on the ground
see? you probably aren’t allowed to live there…
>Maybe they were afraid and never reported this
which would be very stupid. she will be in big trouble if the landlord finds this mold. she is fully liable.
>What should I do?
you? you can’t do anything you don’t legally live there and you should find a place to live ASAP. she has to write a letter and tell about this mold and demand to get it fixed but since this damage exists for several months already this can get very expensive. i hope she has an insurance…
Unfortunately with mold is a tricky situation: it can.be from bad insulation but also from inappropriate fresh air in the house. Please be aware that parts of Germany are more humid than the majority of this world, so it must be a habit to have fresh air in your house every morning and evening for at least 10 minutes. You have to prove it is not your fault but landlord fault.
Based in the picture I will advise you to find another place to live (especially that you say there is not enough space for you).
Regarding the papers the landlord refuse to give you: you have to read the contract, some of them have a maximum number of people to live in. Also some of them is assumption: for example 2 friends of mine were living in a studio after they had a baby when the landlord found out he said they have to find a bigger place.
