Ho ricevuto un avviso sul parcheggio errato a causa della pulizia di strada. (Non ho notato un segno temporaneo senza parcheggio.)
Capisco correttamente che è solo un avviso e non una multa? Perché non ho ricevuto alcuna commissione di penalità?
