      That’s pretty bad, it looks like GoCar is blaming last customer for any mechanical breakdown… Many previous owners can abuse the car and you might be the unlucky one to got in and experience some malfunction and be charged for it. This is seriously putting me off from renting GOCars.

      The amount of hassle, emails and queries this guy had to go through to get his money back…

      How does insurance cover a wear and tear item like a clutch?

      I use GoCar occasionally, no problems so far, it’s great to have this option (and the other similar providers)

      But the idea that you’d have to go to the media to get a refund is off-putting.

      End of the day theses guys are owned by Europcar, expected the same kind of shake down you regularly get from car rental companies.

      I once submitted a complaint to GoCar about a dirty van, and instead of responding to me they blocked my account

      I’ve used Gocar a few times

      Once the car has body damage all over but before getting into the car I had the option to take pictures and upload them.

      Once I’ve rented a van and I swear the previous customer used it to move goats of sheep’s.

      The small was awful and also it was haigh in the back of van
