Sono qui a chiedere aiuto/suggerimenti. Per farla breve: attualmente sto vivendo un piccolo edificio condiviso su 2 piani a Clausen. Mi sono svegliato ieri mattina e ho notato che il muro accanto al mio letto era pieno di formiche. Mi sono reso conto che non era ristretto a un punto specifico ma erano in tutta la mia camera da letto. Ho prontamente inviato un video al mio padrone di casa che ha ignorato il problema e ho affrontato la causa al cestino dei rifiuti in cucina (2 piani in basso e davvero solo un cestino normale con alcuni rifiuti all’interno, non affatto la situazione putrida). Inoltre in cucina ce n’erano ancora di più, molti di loro che camminavano sui muri fino al soffitto. A quel punto disse che entrarono in casa dalla finestra aperta. Naturalmente la casa è infestata dalle formiche stesse.
Se qualcuno è in grado di aiutarmi, sarei molto apprezzato. Cosa dovrei fare?

Just follow the “highway” trail and find where they come in. Put some ant poison, typically small containers where they are lured in. Try to seal the holes where they come in with adequate sealer, even though that rarely helps.
That’s all the advice I can give.
Waste don’t has to smell for ants being attracted to it. If they like a smell they’ll go there. Getting rid of them is rather easy. Put something they don’t like at the point of entry and they should not be coming in anymore.

You see that landlord is not helpful so either all tenants need to send email and reminding every day, deal with it yourself or collect the ants into jar and unleash them to the landlords house. If it’s company that provides the apartment CC in the email the commune just for fun
I would like to grant some help from tenants associations or something similar, because I pay the rent legally and according to me this should a landlord duty to pay for disinfecting. What do you all think?

If the landlord refuses to do something and you want to know your rights, you can ask the ULC for help! Just care you must be a member in order for them to do sth.
