Potrebbe essere un sub sbagliato da chiedere e preferirei pubblicarlo su altri sottotitoli, ma sono un po ‘confuso con l’intera Internet a casa di Telia.
Di recente mi sono trasferito in un nuovo appartamento e volevo installare una casa Internet e l’ho fatto. Ho firmato il contratto e ho il mio router. Ma sembra che non forniscano modem. Dal testo posso vedere che è un router, non un modem.
Come funziona la Telia Home Internet? Scusa se questo sembra così stupido.

If you have an optical connection, they’ll provide a signal converter (so-called ONT device) that converts GPON to Ethernet and you can use any router. If you have older copper cable then you need one of Telia’s routers.
No analogue lines that the modem would be needed for.
If you live in an apartment you probably won’t need a modem. You have a switch in the building and the internet reaches you via ethernet cable.
I mean, it’s better to ask them yourself but depending on where you live, Telia might have to come and install cables for you to receive internet from them, once that install is done, then you will rent a router from them (or use your own) that you will use to connect to your devices. But if you want the correct answer depending on your situation, just ask them directly.
