Didn’t even have to look. Of course it’s judge Nolan

Just reading how he was caught – fair play to the guards for realising something was off. Rotten man.

    5. Fair play to the Gardaí on this one. Noticing something was off and asking the right questions.

Even worse, this would be fully legal just over the border in Northern Ireland.

Tldr; we should surely just sentence judge Nolan to death by public stoning at this point?

Will anything ever happen to judge Nolan? I ask this question in absolute earnest. He’s famous in our country for being extremely lenient towards sex crimes, gender-based violence, and paedophilia. Does that not in itself merit an official inquiry of some sort at this point?

This man is an historic and infamous sex-crime apologist, and enabler.

I find it shocking that his abuse continues year after year without recourse.

If I had a case against an abuser pending, and got him as the judge, I’d lose all hope. It’s horrifying that he’s let loose on the public, and ESPECIALLY on the women of Ireland.

I have my own separate issues with how our gardaí respond to serious crimes, but I have also heard time and time again how hopeless our gardaí feel when up against our judicial system.

We punish victims here so incredibly that it leaves crimes unreported, and people whose lives have been destroyed feeling apathetic, and unwilling to report and follow through.
