why in the name of fuck is this tolerated. i’d say there’s a handful of people on this Island (outside of the people involved) who wouldn’t support a crackdown on this animal abuse AND blatant disregard for other road users. like enough is enough. who is this protecting or enriching? build a sulky track in Limerick like the one they have in Portmarnock and let them at it.
