Sto reagendo in modo eccessivo?

if you know who regularly delivers to your area perhaps by dhl or dpd take note and check them , confront them
i’m sure you can find out who delivered the package by tracking who delivered for you

Probably the problem is that you order stuff but are never at home so it takes the delivery person ages to get rid of their packages. Of course they shouldn’t act this way but maybe have your packages delivered to drop off locations instead, if you’re never home?
Bro still messed up 2 words in an 8 word sentence.
He earns minimum wage, sue him for what?
You can find very good and straightforward legal advice online – for example, on [123recht.de](http://123recht.de). There, you can review your options and, if needed, consult directly with a lawyer about the next steps. The lawyer can then take over on your behalf. It should not be a problem to find out who was behind it and to file a complaint for insult or whatever. But as I said, a lawyer can give you more precise guidance on that.
Of course, that doesn’t mean you’ll automatically win a legal case – and taking legal action, including hiring a lawyer, does come with costs. That’s just the reality. But you can usually get an initial consultation and assessment on that site for around 40 to 70 euros. If you do want to pursue this route, I’d strongly recommend doing it with legal counsel: never alone, never just through the police – always with a lawyer.
Be an adult and ignore it. Get on with your life.
report him to the company, don’t sue him, it’s not worth your time
you could send an email to costumer support with this photo maybe?
Send the foto to the delivery company with date, time and tracking number and demand clarification about how they handle this blatant misconduct will be handled.
Expect a “We have talked to the delivery person and he is deeply sorry for their frustration”.
Sue them over the insult? I mean, sure, you can indeed spend hundreds of Euros upfront in order to have the delivery person pay a couple hundred euros to SOS Kinderdorf. If the case gets through and is not just closed due to a lack of public interest. Civil suit? Sure – sue a minimum wage worker – be it an insulting muppet or not – over a couple of scraped together Euros and the heavy damage you suffered from this writing. While the message is surely not nice or even okay, I, personally, would have more important things to do in my free time. For example to look for the nearest Packstationen and parcel shops to redirect my packets.
What are you, 12 years old? Is it so hard to ignore?

Seriously, legal consultation and suing for being called stupid?
Lawyers in germany cost up to 225 EUR per hour + other legal fees. Do you think it’s worth it? Also try looking at it from a different perspective. I mean he took the time to draw a middle finger, I almost ROFL when I saw it.
I always feel sorry for delivery workers. They always get yelled at for parking somewhere or when they drop off parcels at a branch. They’re usually subcontractors, and they only get paid for the parcels they deliver. Just get a number for a Packstation, or have the parcels sent to you when you’re at home. That way, both parties can work together more smoothly. Delivery workers usually don’t speak proper German, so they must have similar problems like you. They’re under a lot of time pressure and don’t get paid much. I wouldn’t do anything about that, because it’s just ridiculous.
lol…lmao even
I dunno— maybe register with your local Packstation??
Yes, you are overreacting. From another expat.
While such a message isn‘t nice at all, I love how much effort s/he put into drawing the little hand 😅
Leave a nice note in the hallway for the delivery person and invite them for a tea/coffee or attach a small packet of gummie to the note – the person would be really surprised and not bother you again.
Front line staff in Germany isn’t well trained on dealing with the stress of the job and how to handle situations, so they don’t know how to respond.
You can leave of-course or inspire some positive action.
Did you consider maybe that someone from your neighbour wrote that message ?
You are overreacting because you are projecting. You say you’re sick and tired of being lectured as an expat. What does the package have to do with that? Take some time to calm down, right it it seems more like you’re looking for a target of your anger. And the (according to his German) expat who works for (probably less than) minimum wage under shitty conditions really isn’t the best choice of target.
Complaining to the company is fair enough, after all this behaviour isn’t cool, but sueing him – besides being a massive waste of time and money – doesn’t affect the people you’re actually mad at. Don’t do anything today, it’s nothing time sensitive so take your time to regulate yourself.
Sound like your neighbour is annoyed with letting delivery drivers in
Complain with the delivery company, send them this picture.
