In the end, the Russian hordes absolutely love it when the Americans at the controls keep finding ways to strangle the Ukrainians in terms of military support and morale. The Russians’ glee ultimately goes back to their [chauvinism and self-entitlement ](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All-Russian_nation)which hold Ukrainians as nothing but second-rate Russians who are to be exterminated or enslaved as a matter of course.

To the Russians whose very identity has incorporated the jihad of [Russification](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russification), it’s **hugely** offensive and “unjust” whenever Americans and the rest of the world support the Ukrainians or any other non-Russians who are cursed with the Russians as neighbors.

This is why I’m not impressed by Americans who look for the outside world’s forgiveness or just thump their chests these days about supporting the Ukrainians. *As if* all that could offset the real-time betrayal of Ukraine as engineered and enabled by the GQР’ѕ trifecta and dutifully propped up by its supporters and the millions of apathetic voters.

Americans like us who are actual friends of Ukraine intrinsically count for little in a “democracy” perverted by FPTP, decades of gerrymandering, and centuries of the Еlесtоrаl Соllеgе.

If only we supporters among the little people could also sign off on supporting the Ukrainians properly since February 2022 (if not February 2014) regardless of whether the prеѕidеnt has been the cowardly Віdеn or the traitorous Krasnov.
