Come vengono installati solitamente?

There are exhaustless filter based systems
There are exhaust hoods that just filter the air and blast it back into the room. They don’t work nearly as good, but they’ll be your only option here.
You need to get the charcoal filter that fits in the IKEA hood. If you’re using the metod planner there’s an option to add it. Then it vents up and recirculates back into the room.
Look for „Dunstabzugshaube mit Umluftbetrieb“, it is practically an air filter.
Nowadays, fume hoods in Germany usually aren’t taking exhaust to the outside but have a filter (that needs cleaning/replacement btw) and exhaust the somewhat-clean air back into the room. Modern building energy standards often include ventilation systems and aren’t compatible with exhausting a large amount of warm air to the outside.
