Li ho visti ovunque nelle aree Olbramovice e Tabor a sud di Praga, sto viaggiando come uno straniero. Come agricoltore sono abbastanza curioso se qualcuno sa a cosa servono? Sembrano le cime da bottiglie di plastica / lattine di alluminio, attaccate a un bastone e piene di schiuma o qualcosa del genere?

That is a modern shielding charm against dwarfs and gnomes.
The foam is filled with pheromones. I have seen them around roads to stop deer from crossing at that place (usually low-visibility or otherwise dangerous part of the road)
I heard they smell of boar pheromones and should repel deer from crossing the roads, leading to less roadkills.
Odor barrier to keep deers and other wild animals away. Usually placed close to roads to avoid accidents.
