Io e i miei colleghi abbiamo acquistato i biglietti nel mese precedente, ma oggi abbiamo ricevuto una notifica che il nostro viaggio è stato cancellato. Abbiamo riservato i posti su treni diversi, ma ora quando il nostro viaggio è stato cancellato non sappiamo cosa possiamo fare o cosa non possiamo. Ci saranno nuovi posti per noi se cambiamo i treni? Siamo totalmente all’oscuro

You can get a refund for the seat reservations on the original reservation and reserve new seats on an alternative route on the same day
You take any other train that leads to your direction. However, your seat reservations won’t transfer. Open the DB app where you book a train and select ‘seat reservation only’. Book a new seat reservation and claim a refund for the seat reservation of the cancelled train later on.
