According to the latest information, 31 civilians, including 2 children, were killed and 99 injured, including 11 children, in the Russian attack on Sumy.
At 11 a.m. that day, Sumy University, which is now partially damaged, was to stage a play for children. If Russia had hit the city a little later, they could have been dead.
