      The Luas is this day and age is like the rivers of the past, build up on either side and call it a day, if it’s anything like Citywest it will be loaded with high density developments with cars strewn everywhere with wanton abandonment

      This sounds more like an housing estate and not a town.

      Well 25% non-residential and some height sounds good. A couple of successful examples of mixed use development along established public transport routes would be nice to point to next time the council are writing all their development plans around foreverhome semi-d sprawl.

      And I’m sure they’ll put in place all the necessary public amenities like green spaces, playgrounds, shops and schools and upgrade the road network and organise new bus routes with extra buses when pigs fly
