given position and color i’d guess galbladder. consider that the bile is nothing more than a recycle of toxins that the body concentrates in the galbladder for a double function, digest fats and expell those very toxins of which the bile is made of. You don’t wanna eat it. Btw when i saw that post i was cooking chicken liver with ghee and onions.
