Considering MS is one of the most common illnesses to receive medical, this really emphasises our “health led approach”.
The judge should’ve used a bit of discretion/cop on here and struck out the case, sent the man home and directed the media not to report on it.
I understand why justice can’t always do that but discretion always seems to be exercised liberally in other matters, particularly in mitigation and sentencing.
This is getting ridiculous really. At least medical marijuana should be thing here.
Hopefully that’ll stop him menacing society
