Ho ordinato un pacchetto, tuttavia è arrivato quando non ero a casa. Ora ho ricevuto questo messaggio, "Inoltro alla stazione di imballaggio"3 giorni fa, ma non è ancora consegnato in una pacchetto. Ho chiamato il numero di servizio 3 volte e ogni volta che dicono "Arriverà dopo le 7 di sera oggi". Ma non lo fa mai … la mia domanda: è normale aspettare 3 giorni (o forse anche di più) fino a quando un pacco non viene consegnato in una pacchetto?

It’s not unheard of, yes.
If you ordered something online, contact the shop. They are responsible that you receive your item.
Once happened to an acquaintance. The zipcode turned out to be wrong, but DHL fixed it with the rest of the information (the street and house were correct).
3 days is normal I’d say. A bit longer than usual but not unusual if that makes sense.
Easter is coming up too, so it will probably take a lil time. Not to worry though.
