Ciao, ho comprato questo quando ero in Finlandia l’anno scorso, immagino sia un po ‘trappola per turisti, ma volevo provare la carne di renne. Ci sono suggerimenti su come mangiarlo?

      I’d warm it up on a frying pan, preferably with butter, then add thte mashed potatoes and jam already suggested. Taste if it needs salt and pepper. Add to taste if needed.

      It’s been years since I found poronkäristys in a can. I used to take it for a meal on weekend hikes.

      Soup. I forget how my family made it but it was a cream sauce with some basic veggies, potatoes and carrots, maybe some herb cream cheese in there
