Keep EU airspace closed to any air traffic originating from or destined to russia.
Keep EU / Iceland / Greenland / Canada traffic blocking Russian anything

The planes cannot fly over Europe because the chain of flight worthiness has been broken. Even if we overlooked how the planes were stolen and the EU & CANZUK removed sanctions. Russia would have to use new planes.
They can fly the other way if they really want… Alaska will be wide open to them, I’m sure.
