America saying they think Crimea is Russian will change very little. Ukraine will not (and should not) accept it, nor will Europe, Canada, or the rest of their allies.
It fucking sucks to say but at this point it’s hard to say that Ukraine will keep Crimea. Right as Ukraine started its offensive, Trump decided to turn Ukraine into a pivot point. Suddenly, a 100% pro-Ukraine government turned into a 50% anti-Ukraine government. We abandoned them when they needed us the most.
now we face 3 more years before we can even etempt the to cast out the Russian Scum, We failed Ukraine. I’m sorry but that’s the way it is.
