Sto cercando di capire come funzionano le accuse. Nel mio comune dice che il costo per casa è di 204€ all’anno. Ma questo è per bidone o per tutti e quattro i bidoni? È meglio risparmiare denaro ordinando solo verde e nero e portare io stesso il vetro/cartoni per riciclarli?

Best way to get an answer is to ask your municipal offices. Don’t know how it works where you live, but where I’m at the black bin is the most expensive (125-500 per year depending on the size you need), while additional bins are relatively cheap (30-90 for organic waste, 30 for paper, 30 for glass).
So in my case, if I thought driving to the recycling centre for paper and glass would cost me less than €60/year in terms of both time and actual money (car, petrol)… it would be an idea to not have those bins. In reality it would cost me far more, thus I have the bins.
We’ve got no weight or emptying surcharge though.. so your system looks more confusing. I’d pop down and ask them.
