Ho trascorso 2 mesi in Irlanda nel 2018, il ricordo più affettuoso è un pasto in un ristorante vicino al Temple Bar. Non potrei mai dimenticare quanto fosse bravo lo stufato di agnello irlandese con Guinness, oggi ho deciso di farlo per la mia famiglia.
