Oh, this is very sad. RIP.
I never met Julian, but I’m aware of his advocacy for those with CF and the efforts he went through to make the country a better place for those with CF. Please watch the Room to Improve Special on RTE player and you’ll get a feel for him.

Did great work woth CF and seemed like a really good skin. Sad news.
