We are at war, like it or not, so comparing current transparency practices to pre-war conventions isn’t fair. We have elected officials who have been elected for the express purpose so that not every Matti and Maija have to (or get to) scrutinize each deal.

Also, as pointed out, these are mostly private companies.

Perhaps most importantly, it is not in the interest of Finland or its allies to let everyone (read: Russia) know what we can manufacture at scale so there’s enough to export, or what said allies need.
