Performance di 45 paesi ETF da quando Trump è entrato in carica fino alla scorsa settimana. Il mercato azionario polacco è il più performante, il mercato azionario turco è l’unico mercato europeo che si esibisce peggio di noi

    1. The title says “Since Trump’s Second Term Began (1/20)”, but the columns say “Since 4/8”? Which is it? I do think European stock markets have been doing better than the US one, but let’s use clear and accurate data.

To be fair, the Turkish stock going down is entirely on Turkey herself and not Trump.

    3. Austria? How? The US is our second biggest export partner after Germany.

It’s quite a stretch to call Turkey a european market tbh

But why tho, there’s still a war next door and we have the worst demography in the EU

The US stock market was already historically overpriced by the Shiller PE metric prior to the inauguration so it had further to fall

Let’s be clear, it’s very obvious now and I don’t mean to be rude, but it’s the truth. The world belongs to the EU and the rest simply exist with our permission. Everyone else should look at these numbers and learn a lesson. Do what the EU says or you will end up like 3rd world USA. I would honestly rather live in Haiti, than in the USA. At least in Haiti, I can’t get deported to El Salvador!!

    8. OK, but what the hell happened to Denmark? Is it due to the fears about tariffs on Ozempic?

Why do Spain, Italy, and Greece have some of the highest growth?

Denmark has been hit hard, large companies like MAERSK shipping, Novo Nordisk Medicine and Vestas/Ørsted Wind Turbines, are all hit hard by Trumps impact on global trade, and his vendetta against green energy. And JFK jr.s anti medicine stance.

Oh that’s just fun to see. I invested a good junk of cash in MSCI World ETFs when Trump won, because I thought “the only thing that guy will not dare to fuck over is the stock market, because then he is cooked”… I was obviously very wrong. Lost 15% on currency and another 15% on the market itself. Goodbye hard earned cash, good bye…

tbf the S&P500 was in a massive bubble when Trump inherited it. The CAPE ratio was something like 37. Only time in history it’s ever been higher is right before the dot com bubble burst.
