Trump wants his photo op with Putin as they “celebrate” the end of the war and he really doesn’t care how he gets there. He realized pretty quickly that Russia would not give up without some serious pressure from the US and he has some “bigly” deals lined up with them, including his much desired Trump Tower in Moscow (he has been after that since Soviet times).
Unable to lean on the Russians he has tried to bully Ukraine into total capitulation and he is shocked to discover Kyiv just told him to go pound sand, he is now sitting without a photo op no Trump Tower, no European allies and no influence on the world stage.
We are all pretty pissed about Trumps politics. But it’s predictable.
He doesn’t give a damn at all. Krasnov only attacks Zelenskyy. Putin is a good guy who only makes mistakes from time to time. Putin doesn’t need to tell us otherwise, Krasnov knows for sure these are innocent mistakes.
If Ukraine attacked Moscow this way, i bet Krasnov fury would skyrocket! “Zelenskyy is ruining my peace plan! waaaa!”
We are in the UK and we are extremely angry about what Donnie/Putin have been doing. We are grateful to Starmer for supporting Zelensky.
I will also say that we detested Trump before this, but him and the c**t JD Vance have caused irraparable, permanent damage to the reputation of the US in how they are acting towards Ukraine.
