Change DNS in router/computer to Google/Cloudfare ones (1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8) or use VPN.
It’s an ISP “feature” created to prevent 1% of idiots from installing an actual malware, and to piss off rest 99% of the internet users.

Change to quad9 dns, also consider good cheap vpn
You can disable it by logging into mans.lmt.lv under “other services” there’s a checkbox “interneta sargs” you can untick it.
