Ciao amici. Presto mi muovo in un nuovo appartamento, ma per amore di Dio non riesco a capire cosa dice questa parte del contratto di locazione. L’unica cosa che capisco è “Tierhaltung ist nicht erlaubt”. Puoi aiutarmi a capire il resto? Non sono sicuro se sia il sottotitolo giusto ma proverò la fortuna.

Some of this sounds quite “shady” at least.
